Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

Copyblogger Media, LLC, creator of the Copyblogger subscription service (including Copyblogger Academy), provides the following refund policy:

1. Within 30 days of the purchase of your Copyblogger Academy subscription, you may cancel your account by accessing your customer hub (only available to customers who purchased their subscription on or after 2/1/22), or by submitting a support ticket by clicking this clearly-marked contact form.
2. No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.
3. After the initial refund period expires, Copyblogger Media, LLC will continue to charge you on an annual basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account. You can cancel your account by accessing your customer hub (only available to customers who purchased their subscription on or after 2/1/22), or by submitting a support ticket by clicking this clearly-marked contact form. This will happen on the same day of the subsequent year that you initially joined.
4. We will send notification on the day your credit card is charged to the email address you provide us.
