How Do I Find a Record of My Payments?
For those of you who have created an account on or after 2/1/22, you can click this link for access to your customer hub.
Prior to that date, we used Memberpress as a billing software which does not provide the ability to have a customer portal. In that case, please send a support ticket using the form below and we will send you a record of your payments right away.
How do I Change My Payment Info on File?
For those of you who have created an account on or after 2/1/22, you can click this link for access to your customer hub. When you sign in, please click the “update my info” link.
From there, please fill in the appropriate billing info.
For customers who joined prior to 2/1/22, please send a support ticket using the form below and we will address your account right away.
How do I Cancel My Account?
For those of you who have created an account on or after 2/1/22, you can click this link to send yourself a reset link for access to your customer hub. When you sign in, please click the “subscriptions” link.
From there, you can cancel your account.
For customers who joined prior to 2/1/22, please send a support ticket using the form below and we will cancel your account right away.
